No Name Golf Club

Main menu:

A golfing group first formed in 1985, mainly consisting of members of Inverleith Hockey Club with one or two additional friends.

The group generally play 3 friendly competitive rounds of golf over the weekend, although a few midweek adventures have existed too.
Stableford is the main scoring mechanism.  The winner receives the Walter Moore Trophy, named after one of the founder members.

The Tony Plant Pot, also named after one of the founder members, is presented for the total best net score for the par 3s over the weekend.

The group often discussed a formal name.  Agreement never really happened so
NO NAME GOLF CLUB was born.

The golfing statistics have survived the years, and are available in many formats within this website.
